As soon as you place your order on the Foodak App, the order is sent directly to the restaurant where it will be prepared and package. Once your hunger-busting cargo is ready to go, you’ll receive a notification confirming that it’s on its way to your door via our trusty 2-wheeled steeds and their riders.

We ensure that your food delivery gets to you as quickly as possible. To help you assess exactly where and when you’ll receive your food, we’ll send you the following 4 notifications:

1. Confirmation of your order
2. Confirmation that your order is in process
3. Confirmation that your order has been picked up by a driver
4. Confirmation that your order has been delivered

If you can’t receive your delivery, simply leave instructions when placing your order and we’ll make sure your delivery gets into the right hands upon arrival. If, however, you are unable to leave instructions, we will try contact you. Please have your phone nearby in the event of this happening.
